Hotel Blue hills. I would advice all tourists to book in this hotel if you are 1.suicidal 2.you want to get bored to the hilt. 3.you enjoy the worst kind of service. 4.fond of getting food from swiggy or zomato. 4.want to be rebuffed by the staff for services they promised.

Recommended by trip advisor.... sticker pasted in the opening door... seriously dear trip advisor?????... if so, Alas... dont expect any standard in this place.. no parking area to park the car... we have parked car in 45 degree angle in the road.. we got the suit (they call it as suit)in 4th floor. The elder people had a herculian task to climb up, as no lift available..My father in law booked this place without going much through tge reviews and he have literally trapped. No cleanliness, staff were rude, tv have one channel only... one tamil news channel. And we got the room in the top and as it is near to terrece area, smell of cigarate smoking all over the floor and my 6 yr old child has suffocation with that.. even the phone in the room is not working....no restaurant available here. As we reached here in 11.00pm, no other way for us to change, with small kids and aged people... A definite no to this place to u... my dear friend. The photos say more...

Online Hotel Booking Fraud.

We planned a trip to Ooty and Coonoor on May 19 and 20, 2018. So we booked 2 rooms for my family (2 adults and 2 children) for check-in dates 18-19 and 19-20 by paying full amount in advance to the hotel a couple of days before reaching the destination. We reached Ooty on 18 and made a call to the hotel and the person over there informed us that he didn't get any confirmation from us for booking online. Actually booking was done by me through clear trip and the hotel person said that clear trip had not disclosed them about our booking. We were shocked to hear about this and got confused. I couldn't understand what was wrong and who was fishing? I got suspicious and opted for cancellation and refund of my money. As I proceeded further, I got duplicate tax invoices for both bookings in my mail inbox saying my refund was Rs.0. Is this justice I ask? I have been cheated by those fraudsters whoever it be (either the hotel itself or the agent cleartrip). The invoice included some charges and services, which we haven't availed, maybe our ghosts have stayed in there before we checked in and have availed all our facilities, which made our refund amount nil. What a funny joke! There were charges mentioned which was difficult to imagine. Anyway we suffered loss and spoiled our trip because of them. We had to spend additional amount for 2 rooms because of their negligence and cheating mentality. I request the concerned higher authorities or officials to look into this matter and protect the public against such online fraudsters. This booking online was my first experience and would be the last one too. My sincere request to the general public to beware of such online fraudsters who create inconvenience and nuisance to the public.

Good Hospitality Service with clean and tidy. And it is situated heart ooty. Walk-able distance for shopping and Botanical Garden. All staffs were helpful attending customer requirement on time. And is Economical for middle class people can affordable in season time.

There is no lift in the hotel, they have placed us in second floor. Agreed that on that day there was no vacant rooms at first floor. Place d a request to change the room to first floor for the second day, even though there were vacant rooms, staff declined to change the room. Telephone was not working, no effort to rectify that even after informing the reception, for anything we have to climb-down two stairs for enquiry. There is no room service of food, restaurant cleanliness is not maintained.
